Decision Analyst Privacy Policy

This purpose of this Privacy Policy is to protect the Account Information you provide to Decision Analyst when registering to create an Account for Decision Analyst Software Services (Software Services) on the Site (https://saas.decisionanalyst.com/) and to protect information about your usage of the Site and Software Services.

This “Account Information” includes your name, your organization’s name (if applicable), usernames, phone numbers, email addresses, credit card numbers, credit balances and billing information, history of transactions, project identification codes, your mailing address, and your organization’s mailing address (if applicable).

This Privacy Policy applies only to your and your organization’s Account Information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Data or Content that you or your organization upload, process, and store on the Site or Software Services, including any personal information of your users, customers, or agents. Decision Analyst will only use your and your organization’s Account Information to provide services, manage the Account, handle billing and payments, provide support, and provide security, according to the Site and Software Services Agreement (https//saas.decisionanalyst.com/Agreement). Decision Analyst will restrict access to your and your organization’s Account Information to its employees who need to know, and your Account Information will never be shared with anyone or any organization outside of Decision Analyst. Your Account Information will be encrypted and protected with firewalls and other security procedures. Additionally, Decision Analyst will not disclose, move, access, sell, share, or use your and your organization’s Data, Content, and Results, except to fulfill its obligations under the Agreement, and Decision Analyst will protect your Data, Content, and Results with encryption, firewalls, and other security procedures.

EU-US Privacy Shield
  • EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework Decision Analyst complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. Decision Analyst has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Personal Information We Collect From You
  • When you register for any of our Software services may be asked to provide the following information: your name, users name, title, company name, company phone number, mailing address, email addresses, and if you make a purchase, credit card billing information.
  • When you sign-up for our email list, you are only asked to provide your email address, name and company name.
  • When you fill out the 'Request more information' form, the 'Contact Us form', and/or 'Chat With Us' messaging, we may ask for your name, company name, email, phone number, and a comment/question from you. This information is used only by those empoyees who will respond to your question/comment.

We Do Not Share Your Personal Information
  • Decision Analyst may contract with an email service provider to send email newsletters and company announcements. In such cases, we will have a nondisclosure agreement with the email service provider to ensure your personal information is protected and private. Decision Analyst does not sell, share, or rent your personal or company information you give us, nor do we sell, rent, share or use, the data, information or results you upload to Software Services, as outlined in the Agreement.
How We Secure Your Information
  • Decision Analyst has multiple security measures in place to ensure the confidentiality and protection of your personal or company information. The data is stored behind Decision Analyst's firewall, and the data is encrypted. We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of any information we receive from you. As with any transmission over the Internet, there is some element of risk involved in sending personal or ocmpany information. To minimize this risk, we encrypt all information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
Use Of Internet Technology (“Cookies” And Log Files)
